Port Logistics Unifying System, PLUS is TSB’s port community system that provides an electronic platform for information exchange between all port and logistics sectors. Streamlining the complex interactions between various stakeholders in a port environment, PLUS simplifies, digitalize and accelerates every port activity process with one-stop-service.  PLUS laid the groundwork for a current PCS of Busan Port as well as Port of Gothenburg, and it has been serving for Johor Port and Kenya Port Authority since 2006.

Port Logistics Unifying System, PLUS is TSB’s port community system that provides an electronic platform for information exchange between all port and logistics sectors.   • 1VCSplus(Vessel Clearance System)

    Shipping agent can just key in on VCS plus the vessel and its voyage information and register necessary documents and forms for customs and security inspections for vessel clearance to verify that the vessel meets all the statutory and administrative requirements before it enters or leaves a port. This will be automatically shared and submitted to the port authority and other relevant offices for an approval.

  • 2MSSplus(Marine Service System)

    Besides the freight services, port operator can register vendor and its contract information who serves port users with its convenience services as pilotage, tugs, mooring, bunkering, etc., which will be used for port users to book and pay for the service.

  • 3CMSplus(Cargo Management System)

    VCS plus is for vessel clearance whereas CMS plus is for cargo clearance. Every cargo information registered in CMS plus such as manifest, bill of lading, etc. can be retrieved by the public and private stakeholders for their undertaking of the next action.
