Multi-Terminal Configuration

- Interface with Reefer Monitoring System
With this system, the reefer status information can be monitored and prompted to the reefer supervisor right away which enables the terminal to guarantee non-stop reefer status monitoring.

CATOS can support covering from un-manned gate operation to partially automated gate operation. As for the fully automated gate operation, COPINO or Container Pick-up Notification information is necessary.
- Interface with Crane Automation and Monitoring System
You can get the real-time position updates of yard equipment in a powerful graphic. With this function, CATOS also selects the optimal yard position for in-coming containers and the optimal yard equipment position accordingly. The crane automation also updates the twist-lock and spread position information, so the equipment driver can save his work of manually updating the job status.
- Interface with RFID System
RFID (Radio-frequency identification) tags are being adopted as a quick and reliable identification system, to gate and yard operation in container terminals. In general, RFID is preferred as it is unaffected by cold, heat, dust, humidity or other harsh environmental conditions, but also it is semi-permanent, reusable and readable on mobile objects. Taking its technical benefits, container trucks attached RFID tag need not stop at the gate for container recognition when its gate-in and out. CATOS SCADA provides a fully seamless integration with the RFID system for efficient gate and yard operation.
