Sinokor Selects the True SaaS service of TSB cCASP

No. 1 in market share, Cloud CASP will be available on a SaaS environment and Sinokor opted for the service

 BUSAN, KOREA, (March 16, 2020) – Total Soft Bank Ltd. (TSB), a global leading maritime logistics software provider announced that Sinokor Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. (Sinokor) entered into a service agreement to subscribe Cloud CASP on a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Stowage planners of Sinokor along with Heung-A Line whose container shipping service business was merged into Sinokor last year would be able to use the service from this April.

Cloud CASP (cCASP) is a cloud-based version of CASP that facilitates accessibility, visibility and collaborative works of everyone involved in the stowage planning process. Since cCASP removes the need to exchange multiple interactions of the stowage plan which is time-intensive, it streamlines and speeds up the whole process. The high efficiency of cCASP was already well demonstrated by its contribution to setting a new world record with Maersk Line in 2019.

Besides shipping business, Sinokor is now operating two terminals in Korea. One of the terminals in Gwangyang is running CATOS, TSB’s other product for terminal operation, that will be fully integrated with cCASP. Adopting cCASP will bring even greater synergy in Sinokor’s terminal operation.
