MSS plus is integrated with VCS plus to allow the Marine Controller to determine which vessels have been cleared for entry by the government agencies into port. By this integration, Marine Controller can view pre-defined governmental forms before allowing entry to vessels that every vessel has to complete and obtain clearance before entering the port. Marine Controller ensures the vessel has proper clearance to enter the port via on-line. This will eliminate the current practice whereby vessels manually submit the various clearance forms to the marine department in port.
